Welcome to SMOOCH. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your location, whichever is higher.
What SMOOCH is
A browser-based board game for couples. It's currently free, with no payments or subscriptions. If that changes, these terms will be updated first, and pricing will always be shown clearly before you pay anything.
Your account
Keep your login secure. One account per person, and don't share it.
Acceptable use
Send partner invites only to someone who has consented to receive them. Don't:
- Use SMOOCH with anyone who hasn't consented, or with anyone under 18.
- Record, screenshot, or share game content, especially After Hours, without your partner's consent.
- Use SMOOCH for anything illegal, abusive, or coercive.
- Try to bypass age verification or the Comfort & Mood system.
- Copy, redistribute, or commercially reuse SMOOCH's design, board, prompts, or branding.
Your content
Custom dares you write in-game stay private between you and your partner, per our Privacy Policy. Don't submit anything illegal or involving a minor in any way.
Intellectual property
SMOOCH's design, board, prompts, and branding belong to the SMOOCH project. They're licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
No warranty
SMOOCH is provided "as is," for entertainment. It is not relationship, medical, or therapeutic advice, and there's no guarantee of uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMOOCH and its operators aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the game.
Local laws
SMOOCH is available worldwide, but content laws (especially around adult content like After Hours) vary by country. You're responsible for complying with your own local laws. If After Hours is restricted where you live, don't use that mode.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it, and material changes will be flagged in-app.
